What is the Grassroots Roundtable?
The Grassroots Roundtable is an informal group
of public affairs professionals with grassroots responsibilities. Its meetings occurring on the first Friday of each month encourage participants to interact with their peers and exchange innovative ideas and information in the area of grassroots. Through this exchange, the Grassroots Roundtable strives to advance the "science" and professionalism of grassroots advocacy.
The Grassroots Roundtable is a non-membership organization with attendance at its functions open to all those wishing to increase their knowledge of corporate and association grassroots. However, the organization and its meetings are not to be used for solicitation purposes.
The Grassroots Roundtable is governed by an executive committee composed of a president and four other individuals who are elected by the groups participants.
